📖 How to Visualize Effectively

  • 1. Relax First: Use the Breathing Engine for 60 seconds before starting.
  • 2. Multi-Sensory: Don't just "see" it. Feel the ball in your hand, hear the crowd, smell the grass.
  • 3. Speed: Visualize in real-time, not fast-forward. Your brain needs the full timing to build neural pathways.
  • 4. Outcome vs. Process: Visualize the execution (perfect release point), not just the result (strikeout).
  • 5. Daily Practice: 5-10 minutes daily > 60 minutes once a week.
